Jerome Brackins: Vice-President 


  • Served 15 years in the US Military (U.S. Army)
  • 4 years on the city council in Arlington, GA
  • City Mayor for Arlington, GA from 2006 to 2010 and re-elected in 2022 
  • Federal Law Enforcement Officer for over 20 years

Travis Mask: Secretary

 

  • Served 4 years in the US Military (U.S. Army)
  •  Juvenile Justice Officer for 5 years (DJJ)
  • Was Pastor for 18 years at Shepherds Gate Church
  • USDA Food Distributor
  • Assistant Mechanic with the Washington County School District  

Jiranda B. White: Treasurer 


  • Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership at the University of West Florida
  • Educational Consultant for the A.V. I. D program for the past 3 years in Northwest Florida.
  • 15 years as a devoted  Educator 
  • Has been awarded District Teacher of the Year in Washington County.
  • Federal Programs Director in the Washington County School District 

Robert L. White Jr: Board Member 


  • Retired Juvenile Justice Officer (DJJ)
  • President of the AFSCME union for 20 years 
  • Current Vic-President for the retirement chapter of AFSCME
  • Devoted church member of Henshaw Chapel; who held different position such as Sunday school teacher, Son of Allen President, etc.  

Allen L. Register:  Board Member


  • Graduate of the University of Florida and  the University of Florida Law School 
  • Served as the Assistant State Attorney for 13 years 
  • County Judge in Washington County Florida from 1992 to 2002
  • Circuit Judge of the Fourteenth Circuit from 2002 to retirement in 2016
