Mentoring reduces "depression symptoms" and increases "social acceptance, academic attitudes, and grades."
Seventy-six percent at-risk young adults who had a mentor are more likely to be enrolled in college.
Students who meet regularly with their mentors are 52% less likely than their peers to skip a day of school and 37% less likely to skip a class.
We believe by taking the mentees to different historical and educational places this gives them a better understanding and insight of their educational goals and their history. Incentive trips are also given to the mentees who meet the necessary requirements set forth by the mentors and the organization.
